how do you actually cut the wig? i am not very good with cutting hair and would rather not ruin the wig. any tips?

My friend canceled on me for the duet cosplay we were gonna do, so now I'm not going to end up making the wig. >_>

Depends on how long you need your pigtails to be, but for a short pigtail like Misty's, just below shoulder length should do. :) See the first picture in the tutorial for reference!
